Dismissing the Clovers Recorder

Write-Up:

In this brief write-up, we will explore how to remove a Clovers Recorder from a Zoom meeting. If you have additional questions, please contact your dedicated Client Success Team. 

 Step 1). Hover over the Clovers Recorder video window and navigate to the ellipses on the upper right-hand corner of the window when it appears.

 

Step 2). Click into the ellipses. Scroll down to “Remove” and click into it. 

 

 Step 3). A pop up will appear after “Remove” is selected, warning that once a participant is removed from the meeting, it will not be possible for them to rejoin. Uncheck the box labelled “Report to Zoom” and Click the Remove button at the bottom of the pop up. 

 If the Clovers Recorder is removed from the session, a recording of the session will not appear in http://app.clovers.ai and it will not be possible to create a reel of the interview. 

The Clovers Companion app which includes the interview guide and questions will still be available even after the Recording bot has been dismissed.
