Editing a Requisition

In this brief walkthrough, we’ll cover How to Edit a Requisition. If you have additional questions, please contact your dedicated Client Success Team. 

Step 1). In the requisitions tab, locate the "view requisition" button and click into it. It'll send you to the Requisition Details page

 

Step 2). On the Requisition Details page in the rightmost panel with the header Basics, you’ll find some information regarding your requisition. Here, you’ll have the ability to edit the division, requisition location, and it’s respective hiring team. You have the option to click into either of the “edit” buttons to begin making changes

To edit the Attributes, please refer to the “Introduction to the Interview Guide” where we discuss how to set up the guide & make changes.

 

Step 3). Let’s make changes to the Requisition Title, here we’ll be changing the shorthand “ops” to “operations”

 

 

Step 5). The last edit we’ll be making will be to the Location. We’ll be adding “Austin” as an additional location for where we'd like to hire. Once we’re satisfied with the changes, we’ll click into the save button to move on to making adjustments to our hiring team.

 

Step 6). Next, click into the edit button next to the “Hiring Team” header to add or remove individuals

 

Step 7). In this window, have the flexibility to add or remove anyone from a requisition.  For this example, we’ll be adding an individual to our team and will select Brendan as our new member. Once we’re happy with our changes, click into save to finalize your selection(s).

The only member required for the “Hiring Team” is the Hiring manager
